NCOA - National Change of Address - automatically forwards the letter to your debtor's new address if the debtor has filed a change of address. This option should be utilized if you are not sure of your debtor's current address.

Credit Reports - Accessing a credit report on your debtor may provide valuable information in your efforts to collect the debt. Partial, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you may result in an incomplete or inaccurate credit report. You will be charged for the purchase of any credit report ordered, regardless of the results.
