SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: (Please Print)
Each collection account must be greater than $250 in order to collect on a contingency basis. Our recovery division accepts non-expired court judgments, not discharged in bankruptcy, and valid debts according to each states' statutue of limitations.
  1. Copy of judgment
    • In the event you do not have a judgment, the following must be provided:
      • a copy of the contract or agreement
      • a copy of the invoice(s)
      • a copy of the itemized deduction of how much is owed
  2. Copies of any information on the debtor(s)
    • credit applications
    • cancelled or nsf checks
    • contracts or agreements
    • any personal documentation you may have available on the debtor
  3. Signed collection fee agreement
