Your approval and agreement of the following terms and conditions is evidenced electronically. When you visit TenantMail or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Terms of use: TenantMail is in the business of providing electronic access for property managers and owners to print and mail communication to its residents. Invoicing services to residents are provided on a monthly basis only. Special mailings, such as resident surveys, questionnaires, offset statements and newsletters will be charged on an "as needed" and "as completed" basis. Your agreement authorizes TenantMail to charge your account on a regular monthly basis for invoicing services and on an "as completed" basis for special mailings.

TenantMail offers an automatic interface with partners to provide seamless integration of information but, does not, warrant, guarantee or otherwise endorse the actions of those partners. Any use of the interface is at the sole discretion of you, the customer, and may include separate agreements, applications and registrations.

Payment Method: You have selected a method of payment for the services offered at this site. You hereby authorize us to (a) charge the credit card provided upon registration, (b) debit your prepaid account, or (c) invoice you for the services rendered. In any event, you guarantee payment will not be stopped, challenged, revoked or otherwise withheld.

General Conditions: TenantMail and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You are solely responsible for the information provided regarding your registration and rent roll. You warrant that the information is accurate and shall assume any and all responsibility for any communication made to your resident. TenantMail shall not be used to harass, intimidate or otherwise threaten.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
